HGTV - Exciting News!!!

Richard Zepeda, a top producing Realtor in San Antonio, TX & Author of this blog was chosen to appear in HGTV’s My House is Worth What? The show will be filmed this coming January in San Antonio and should air in early spring. Richard will be the expert Realtor that will consult with two different homeowner’s giving them advice and feedback on remodeling projects that will enhance the value of their home. After the projects have been completed then he will give his expert opinion on what their home is worth. Stay tuned for more news.
